Before you register, you will need the following information:
- Partner’s name (see below if looking for a partner)
- Partner’s contact information
- USTA number for both you and your partner if you have one (not required)
- An emergency contact
- NOTE: You are signing up as a team, so the cost is $200 total ($100 per person). One player will pay the full team fee. Please arrange reimbursement from your partner. Thank you!
