Before you register, you will need the following information:
- Partner’s name (see below if looking for a partner)
- Partner’s contact information
- USTA number for both you and your partner if you have one (not required)
- An emergency contact
- NOTE: You are signing up as a team, so the cost is $200 total ($100 per person). One player will pay the full team fee. Please arrange reimbursement from your partner. Thank you!

**Should the tournament be canceled for any reason, including weather, there will be no refunds. If you register and find later you are unable to play, there are no refunds. All registration fees will be donated to Cancer StrongHER.
