Format & Rules
- Each doubles team must have two players: either two men or two women for the men’s and women’s divisions or one man and one woman for the mixed doubles divisions.
- There will be four levels of play for the women’s division: NTRP 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5.
- There will be two levels of play for the men’s division: NTRP 4.0 & Under, and 4.5 & Over.
- There will be two levels of play for the mixed division: combined NTRP 7.0 & Under, and combined NTRP 7.5 & Over.
- A team can play up a level, but cannot play down.
- If partners do not have the same NTRP rating, they must play in the division of the higher-rated partner.
- Each match will consist of a total of 7 games. The games will be no-ad scoring. Each team will play a minimum of 4 rounds.
- The division winners will be determined by a playoff round.
- There will be a winning team in each division. Each player on the winning teams will receive a tournament championship prize.
- Same level or lower subs are allowed with advance notice or in case of injury.
- All matches will be governed by USTA rules and regulations.
- See the SCHEDULE PAGE for inclement weather contingency plans. Should the tournament be canceled for any reason, including weather, there will be no refunds. All registration fees will be donated to Cancer StrongHER.
- There are no refunds on registration fees. If you need to cancel last minute, those funds will be donated to Cancer StrongHER.
- And the most important rule of all: Have fun and enjoy the day with us!
